I am running my first URBAN retreat in Edinburgh

Saturday the 24th March 11.30-4pm
What?
– time away from daily hectic lives
– something to take away – visionboard
– a short class to get the heart rate up then mobility, yoga and stretching
– Tasty lunch
– meditation and goal setting
– smoothies and recipes to take away
– short massage as part of the relaxation
– lots of other treats!
How much?
– cost £35 pp (£29 Early Bird)
(15 people max – first come first serve basis)
What will the day look like?
11.30-11.45 – Introduction and welcome
11.30- 12.30 exercise class (ice-breakers) then yoga
12.30-1.45 – lunch and talk on nutrition and eating mindfully
1.45-3pm yoga/stretch and massage and guided meditation
2.30-4pm goal setting, visualisation and vision board building/ discussion on goals,
