What is NLP/coaching?

I am a life coach and yoga teacher and would love to help you become your most confident self!
I have specialised in the therapy area of NLP. NLP is Neuro linguistic programming is a group of techniques to help you change behavioural patterns to achieve specific goals in your life.

There are a lot of things to think about before embarking on your coaching journey. Here are the most common questions and worries I am asked as a life coach:

A: It can be but I am not a therapist. Go here for more mental health resources if you feel you need a therapist. Neurolinguistic Programming is an outcome focussed discipline which has an emphasis on current and future action. It can be treated similar to talking therapy whoever if you feel you need professional help with a clinical disorder or diagnosis HERE are some resources which can help you get help.
Q: How often do I need to meet with you?
A: I would recommend once a week to keep accountable with your habits shifting however it is a personalised approved depending on what you are

Q: What is the difference between zoom coaching and walking coaching?

Q: Am I too unfit to do walking coaching?
A: No. Regardless of your past experience, health etc we can find an exercise that suits you.
Q: What is walking coaching?
A: We chat and walk at the same time. It is amazing. You get to work on your fitness, be outside in nature or through the city. It can feel alot more relaxed that tradition coaching where you are face to face. And we walk at your pace.
Q: Where do we meet for walking coaching?
A: Usually near Haymarket or Waverley station in Edinburgh but this can be discussed.
Q: What are the benefits of regular coaching?
A: Having time set aside in your week where you can reflect, talk to someone in an unbiased way.
Q: What will we do in the sessions?
A: The sessions are led by you. I can ask open questions or you can use the whole session to work on a project or specific issue. Every session will look different.
Q: How long is a coaching session?
A: Usually 60 minutes but again this can be led by you.
Q: Can I only have a few sessions?
A: I recommend once a week for 12 weeks as this gives us time to get to know other, build trust and also 12 weeks is enough time to change and build new habits and thought patterns so you can see real results in that time frame.
Q: Do you do group coaching?
A: I run online group programmes throughout the year as well as face to face events, yoga classes and workshops! I look forward to working with you!
