How did we help a client lose close to a stone in 6 weeks
I want to share a huge win from inside the Sass Coach Tribe this week.
After just first 6 weeks working with Lauren she has lots almost a stone (6kg) & 5cm of her belly.
How did we do this?
Personalised nutrition – increasing her protein & veg intake while finding healthier foods she loves.
Increase her movement – she now has a training plan for the gym 3 days a week & is walking more
Put tools in place to support her stress levels
Made a plan to support her night shifts and travel
