There is no perfect time to lose weight

I have lots of clients who say “I’ve had a bad week this week”

But I have to remind them of one thing

You cannot be 100% “optimal” all of the time.

It’s impossible!

You may have something going on at home or you have to put more hours into work for the promotion.

Yes putting diets and fitness on the back burner is okay

Take this week for example!

Half term! it’s tough to stay on track.

And if you are not “optimal in nutrition and diet it is okay!

But on the other hand, this is not a hall pass to eat everything in sight!

My rule is if you are 70-80% towards optimal 100% of the time you are going to get some fantastic results!

Keep aiming for that 70-80%!

I currently don’t have access to a kitchen because I am hunting somewhere to live in Bali. So I am eating out every meal (I KNOW, madness).

I don’t know exactly what I am eating because I am not the one prepping it.

I’m not beating myself up!

I’m enjoying it as this is a few weeks of my life where I’m not “Optimal” and that’s okay.

Some of you might not understand what I mean by what “optimal” looks like.
