My top 5 favourite books for body confidence

In light of the pending launch of my first ever book – Unleash your Sass – my 21 day challenge to find your true body confidence through delving deep, changing what you let in and building new sustainable habits.
I wanted to share with you my top 5 game changer books I have read and reread over the years.
.
The Chimp Paradox – Steve Peters: this book changed how I think about my thoughts – bare with me. It’s a very clever and simple break down of our brain into 3 parts – one being our Chimp that is present to protect us from danger – but not always helpful. This is the voice that tells you you look fat in that dress and can’t wear it – sometimes we need to shut this voice up/ignore it.
.
Atomic Habits – James Clear: if you want to change your habits – read this book. He gives clear, step by step ways to start shifting your habits now and gives very digestible information on why we keep certain habits and struggle to maintain others.
.
The Secret – Rhonda Byrne: this was the first personal development book I read. It explains the law of attraction. That what we think about we bring about. You ever notice when your friend has bought a new red car, you keep seeing red cars? This is our brain bringing thoughts from ours subconscious mind into our conscious mind so we become more aware of opportunities that are presented to us. And oldie but a goodie.
.
✨ The 5 Second Rule – Mel Robbins: 5,4,3,2,1 MOVE. Is one of many of the tools that Mel shares in this book to help you start taking actions towards your goal, stop procrastinating and get shit done.
.
The 4 Pillar Plan – Dr Rangan Chatterjee: food, movement, sleep & stress. Rangan gives loads of incredible tips on how to alleviate lifestyle caused systems but changing your habits in these 4 areas or pillars of your life.
