🤯 Skinnier doesn’t always equal healthier 🤯

💃 I have always strived to be skinnier or leaner or smaller throughout my whole health and fitness journey. A few years ago I made the realisation that it was reaking havoc on my mental health💃
.
❤ We all have (and may always have) body hang ups, parts of ourselves that we feel (or society sees as) imperfect. The more we can learn to accept these parts of ourselves, find our strengths and beauty, the more we can move around in the world with confidence and ease. And in turn become better friends, colleagues, parents and humans ❤
